Delete your Showup account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Showup and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. If you use Sign in with Apple, you'll be asked to confirm with Apple so we can also revoke the app's access to your Apple ID.

Without the app

Email business@afrozbuilds.online from the email address linked to your Google or Apple sign-in, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify that the request comes from the account holder, then process the deletion within a reasonable period and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, display name and sign-in account
• Your attendance history, I’m Here check-ins, reactions and "can't make it" reasons
• All Session Photos and any other photos you uploaded
• Your push-notification tokens and your settings (time zone, quiet hours, notification choices)
• Consequences about you
• Crews you own: handed to the longest-standing member, or deleted with all their Plans, Sessions and content if you were the last member

What may be kept

• Reports you submitted, without your identity, for up to 90 days for safety review
• Consequences you proposed or confirmed for other members stay with their Crew, without your name attached
• Copies in our database provider's backups, which expire on the provider's normal backup schedule
