C24 CARDIO
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 5 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how C24 Cardio (“C24 Cardio”, “we”, “us”, or “the app”) handles information when you use the C24 Cardio workout timer in a web browser or as a mobile app. C24 Cardio is a combat-conditioning round timer. It does not require an account or login.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
C24 Cardio does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information. The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, payment details, or any other profile information.
When you complete a workout, the app stores a local session record on your device. That record includes details such as when the workout finished, how many rounds you completed, and the work and rest durations used for that session. These records are used only to show your recap, progress, and streak on your device.
C24 Cardio does not collect:
- account or login information
- contacts
- location
- camera or photos
- microphone recordings
- advertising identifiers for ads
HOW YOUR DATA IS STORED
Workout history and progress are stored locally on your device using the device’s ordinary web storage. The app does not use a backend or server to store workout history.
Your statistics stay on the device unless you remove the app, clear the app or website data, or otherwise delete that local storage. We cannot look up your workouts from a C24 Cardio server because we do not keep a copy there.
ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING
C24 Cardio does not use analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs. The app does not use Firebase. The app does not show ads and does not sell personal information.
PERMISSIONS
The current app does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, or microphone.
The timer may use the device’s normal web and audio features so it can run the countdown and play workout sounds. That is playback of sounds included with the app. It is not used to record your voice or surroundings.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
C24 Cardio does not send your workout history to a C24 Cardio backend. The app may still rely on ordinary platform services needed to distribute and operate it:
- Apple, Google, or your web browser may process technical information as part of installing, updating, or running the app. We do not control those platform processes and do not claim any specific collection beyond what those platforms already do.
- This Privacy Policy is hosted on GitHub Pages. If you open this page, GitHub may process ordinary website technical data under GitHub’s own terms.
- The web app stylesheet may load fonts from Google Fonts. If that request is made, Google may receive ordinary technical data for font delivery under Google’s own terms.
- The iOS app is wrapped with Capacitor so the same web app can run on an iPhone. The current project does not add Capacitor plugins for analytics, ads, accounts, or push notifications.
C24 Cardio does not use push notifications.
DATA SHARING
We do not sell personal information. We do not share workout history with advertisers, data brokers, or a C24 Cardio server, because that history stays on your device.
We may share information if required by law, or if you choose to contact us and include details in that message.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Local workout history remains on your device until you delete it by clearing the app or website data, or by uninstalling the app. Because C24 Cardio does not store your workouts on a server, there is no C24 Cardio account or cloud history for us to delete on your behalf.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
C24 Cardio is a general fitness timer. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app has no sign-up flow that would collect a child’s name, email, or other identity.
SECURITY
Workout records are stored on your device using the device’s standard web storage. We do not operate a C24 Cardio user database. You should still use your device’s normal security settings, such as a passcode or screen lock.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
If C24 Cardio later adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics, ads, or other collection, we will update this page and the effective date. The current policy is written for the present local-only implementation.
